The evaporative tower (or cooling tower) is a simple semi-closed hydraulic system which, by exploiting the evaporation of water, causes it to cool. The system therefore involves a progressive increase in the concentration of mineral salts with the inevitable accumulation of impurities, encrusting salts as well as microorganisms. If the quality of the water is not regularly checked, encrustations may form which greatly reduce the energy performance of the system itself. Not only.
