Bag-type sediment filter
FDD filters are sediment separators particularly suited to continuously removing such impurities and preventing the formation of deposits, thanks to the option of adding chemical conditioning products from the AZ® range to the system (universal anti-corrosion and anti-scale protectant, universal cleaners for new and old systems, antifreeze, and anti-algae agents).
FDD filters are constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel and can accommodate a special internal PES/PP filter bag (supported by a stainless steel mesh basket), the spacious compartment of which allows for the storage of the necessary chemical conditioners and protective additives.
A 9000/10000 gauss magnet can be inserted inside the filter bag to facilitate the more thorough removal of heavy metal contaminants.
