Filter and softener management control panel

Electrical panel designed and developed specifically for the control and management of WTI filters and softeners. The panel, equipped with a Schneider Electric micro-PLC, guarantees the management of the different work phases of the equipment. It is possible to set regeneration at regular time intervals or upon reaching a maximum ΔP or upon reaching a pre-set maximum volume of treated water or upon reaching the maximum volume but delayed in time. Finally, it is always possible to start a manual regeneration simply by pressing a button on the front panel. The WTI control panel is equipped with clean contacts for the management of important auxiliary functions (e.g. flocculant/oxidant dosing station, blower for water-air backwashing, auxiliary contact for management of exchange/bypass systems) which make the WTI equipment extremely versatile and complete, suitable for insertion into industrial water treatment systems. Finally, the WTI panel contains the air pilot solenoid valves for controlling the actuators of the pneumatic valves. 4 versions of the WTI control panel are available: management of single column filters, double column filters (duplex), single column softeners and double column softeners (duplex).
